Amy Dordek
Managing Director, Midwest
Amy Dordek is Managing Director, Midwest for BPI group, a leading human resources consulting firm. BPI group’s North American headquarters is Chicago, Illinois.
Ms. Dordek joined the company in 2009, bringing 20 years of experience in business development and marketing in the professional services industry.
In her current role Amy manages the Midwest team and key client relationships while also spearheading account management and marketing activities for the Midwest. She works closely with the sales force both locally and nationally as well as the practice leads in our key service offerings helping client companies achieve their business objectives.
Prior to joining BPI group, Ms. Dordek was a client relationship manager for a human resources consulting firm, where she focused on strategic planning and negotiating large consulting projects across a wide range of industries. She also worked as vice president of development for a business and financial consulting firm.
Ms Dordek co-founded Tradestar Expo, Ltd., a trade show exhibit manufacturing and consulting firm, growing the company to $1 million in sales in three years. She managed all business development and marketing activities, customer service and coordination of domestic and overseas trade shows. Earlier in her career Amy worked in international sales for a web offset printing manufacturer and was also a commercial real estate broker for Cushman & Wakefield.
Ms. Dordek has a B.S. in communications from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
