Angie Auvil
Director, Business Development
Angie Auvil is Director, Business Development for BPI group, a leading human resources and coaching firm. BPI group’s North American headquarters is Chicago, Illinois.
Ms. Auvil joined the company in 2009, bringing expertise in helping create human resource solutions for Fortune 1000 companies undergoing strategic business change and transformation.
In her current role, Ms. Auvil is the Director of Business Development for BPI group. She is responsible selling across our three lines of business: Human Capital Consulting, Career Transition/Outplacement and Executive Search. It is Angie’s responsibility to understand our client’s business and their specific needs. Angie identifies the appropriate subject matter experts at BPI group to partner with clients on a variety of customized human capital solutions. Angie serves as an internal advocate and trusted advisor for all of her clients and always ensures that BPI group exceeds clients’ expectations.
Prior to joining BPI group, Ms. Auvil was a Client Relationship Manager for a global human capital consulting firm, where she worked with a wide variety of large global organizations going through change. Angie has partnered with numerous companies across multiple industries to develop human capital solutions in outsourced recruitment, competency modeling, selection/assessment, talent management, performance management, leadership and management development, succession planning, training design, 360-degree feedback systems, Diversity & Inclusion, HR transformation, organization transformation/change, role design, M&A integration, sales force effectiveness, compensation, climate surveys and executive coaching. She has the depth and experience needed to help clients explore the right solutions to drive the desired business result.
Ms. Auvil also worked as an Account Executive at a global leadership assessment and development firm and Recruiting Associate at an executive search/M&A buy-side advisory firm, and she started her career as an HR Generalist for MasterBrand.
Ms. Auvil holds a B.A. in psychology, with a minor in business and Spanish from Indiana University and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Roosevelt University. She is a member of Chicago Industrial Organizational Psychologists, Society of Industrial Organizational Psychologists, Society for Human Resource Professionals, Human Resource Management Association of Chicago and ASTD.
