R. Bernie Pritchard
Vice President, Client Solutions
R. Bernie Pritchard is a Vice President of Client Solutions for BPI group.
Mr. Pritchard joined the company in 2010, bringing more than 15 years of experience spanning many facets of talent management, professional recruiting and technology.
In his current role, Bernie will partner with business leaders and organizations to develop relationships and provide solutions for BPI group’s Southeast Region.
Prior to joining BPI group, Mr. Pritchard managed the South Carolina Talent Solutions practice for another large global human resources consulting firm. Bernie has worked with several of South Carolina’s higher education institutes in the areas of placement and career development. His firm also works with displaced individuals in entrepreneurial consulting.
Bernie has broad experience as a General Manager, Human Resources leader, as well as in Sales Management, and Operations. Bernie served as the senior HR Leader for multiple start-ups and established business units within BellSouth Corporation. In these roles, he participated in accessing potential external acquisitions and facilitated several key internal mergers. Additionally, he delivered internal transformation efforts including talent and leadership assessment, succession planning, organization development, and senior talent acquisition. He served as a liaison between BellSouth and several Georgia universities as well as the Atlanta Metro Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining Bellsouth, Bernie worked as a retained executive search and technical recruiter.
Bernie holds a MBA from Kennesaw State University through BellSouth’s Executive MBA program, a Masters Degree from the University of New Haven, and a Bachelors Degree from James Madison University. He is a graduate of Leadership South Carolina, Leadership Greenville, and the Riley Institute’s Diversity Leadership Academy through Furman University. Bernie was named as one of Greenville’s Best and Brightest by Greenville Magazine 2008 and often speaks to groups on Human Resource and Leadership topics.
