Senior Consultant, Leadership & Team Development
Courtney Calinog is a Senior Consultant in the Leadership & Team Development Practice of BPI group, North America.
Ms. Calinog joined the company in 2011, bringing over 10 years of experience in the executive search industry. She previously worked with Spencer Stuart, a leading global executive search consulting firm, as an Associate Practice Leader and Knowledge Manager in the Industrial Practice, focused on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of business development and project execution efforts. She has successfully supported teams serving a diverse range of clients, from large, global companies to mid-range businesses and entrepreneurial start-ups.
In her current role, Ms. Calinog works with the Leadership & Team Development Practice to develop individuals, teams and organizations, in order to achieve greater results, stronger performance, and ultimately, shared success.
Ms. Calinog holds a B.A. in English and French from Vanderbilt University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Learning and Organizational Change at Northwestern University.
