Courtney Mohr
Managing Director, Organizational Effectiveness
Courtney Mohr is Managing Director, Organizational Effectiveness for BPI group, a leading human resources and coaching firm. BPI group’s North American headquarters is Chicago, Illinois.
Ms. Mohr joined the company in 2009, bringing more than 15 years of experience helping clients create and implement human capital solutions, including organization design, transformational change initiatives, talent management programs and leadership development.
In her current role, Ms. Mohr is responsible for crafting our customized approaches to address client issues, ensuring excellent delivery of our consulting services and continuously building the capabilities of our team. She applies her skills in aligning business and people strategies at the executive, management and staff level.
Prior to joining BPI group, Ms. Mohr worked as Senior Manager for a human resources consulting firm, where she managed large-scale projects for clients in the health care, financial services, non-profit, transportation and manufacturing industries. Prior to that, she spent a significant portion of her career as a consultant in the Organization Effectiveness practice of one of the largest global consulting and professional services firms in the world.
Ms. Mohr holds a B.S. from Bradley University and an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. She has served on various committees in the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC) and teaches part-time in the Leadership Effectiveness program at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
