Emily Smith is a Senior Consultant with the Organization & Talent Solutions practice of BPI group.
Ms. Smith joined the company in 2009, bringing a strong track record of helping clients address their human capital needs. She has successfully managed projects with Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations in the healthcare, financial services, professional services, manufacturing, marketing, energy, and entertainment industries.
She brings experience in talent management and organizational effectiveness, including organization design, assessment and selection, succession planning, leadership development, competency modeling, change management and process improvement. In each engagement, she seeks to develop a strong, collaborative partnership and exceed clients' expectations.
Prior to joining BPI group, Ms. Smith was a human capital consultant with Capital H Group, where she served numerous clients across the U.S. She also worked with Stockamp & Associates (now a part of Huron Consulting Group), providing revenue cycle and human capital consulting solutions for leading health systems. Ms. Smith holds a bachelor's degree in learning and organizational change and a minor in international studies from Northwestern University.
