Gail Mason is a Senior Consultant with BPI group.
Ms. Mason has more than 29 years of comprehensive experience in career management, coaching, IT management and sales. She specializes in the design and delivery of creative programs for leadership and team development, as well as leadership coaching for performance.
Ms. Mason has been responsible for the development, marketing and presentation of innovative programs for organizational and leadership development, teambuilding and executive coaching. In addition to providing career management services, Ms. Mason spearheaded and implemented an assimilation-coaching program to accelerate the transition of new leaders. She also collaborated in the creation and implementation of the specifc outplacement processes. Ms. Mason designed and presented workshops focused on strategies for transition and change within organizations.
Previously, Ms. Mason was Director of Field Technology at Kinko's, Inc. where she was responsible for the nationwide management and strategic direction of all store-level technology efforts, including staffing, hardware, software and infrastructure. During her time at Kinko's, Ms. Mason restructured the field technology organization resulting in a $4 million reduction in operating costs. She also led efforts to redeploy approximately 40 percent of displaced technology co-workers within Kinko's.
Ms. Mason also gained extensive corporate experience at Xerox Corporation, Docucorp International, Consultec, Inc. and AT&T. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from the University of Missouri. Ms. Mason is an MBTI Master Practioner, a CTA Certified Professional Coach and a Career Management Practitioner, certified by ICC International. She is also certified by the Management Research Group in its Strategic Leadership Development program.
Ms. Mason is the founder of the “First Mate’s Club” on Lake Lanier, specializing in teaching women boat handling and safety skills. She received her Captain’s diploma from Sea School, completing the OUPV program in May 2010.
