Helen McAndrews is a Senior Career Coach with BPI group, North America.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in human resource management with an emphasis in IT recruiting, employee relations, training, benefits and consulting.
Ms. McAndrews is part of the firm’s Career Transition practice, which offers a highly personalized approach to career planning and transition services for companies, executives and other professionals. Ms. McAndrews is known for her strong interpersonal skills that help build trusting relationships with her clients. She combines her passion for career coaching with her heartfelt desire to see individuals succeed in their career transition.
Prior to joining BPI group, Ms. McAndrews managed career centers for large downsizings and plant closings, as well as providing individual coaching. Along with her human resources experience, she was a special education teacher in a state mental hospital, and additional business positions in the service and retail industries give her a wider perspective of the work world to better serve her clients.
Ms. McAndrews earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Arts degree from National Louis University.
