Jean Marino
Vice President, Career Transition
Jean Marino is Vice President, Career Transition for BPI group, a leading human resources and coaching firm. BPI group’s North American headquarters is Chicago, Illinois.
Ms. Marino joined the company in 2009, bringing strong operational and career management experience to help organizations and individuals navigate through change.
In her current role, Ms. Marino focuses on partnering with clients in the areas of career transition, change management, performance management and leadership skill development. Among her work, she has assisted Fortune 500 companies through workforce reductions, handling both workshop facilitation and individual career coaching.
Prior to joining BPI group, Ms. Marino held a similar position with Executrack, Inc., an Atlanta-based career transition and management consulting firm that was acquired by BPI group. Ms. Marino also worked in senior-level operational management positions in the property casualty insurance field, where she was recognized for her work with state regulators and trade associations in identifying and implementing solutions to the insurance crisis brought about in the wake of several hurricanes. Ms. Marino also led two major corporate consolidations.
Ms. Marino holds a degree in history and psychology from Adelphi University New York. She is a certified trainer in Career Transition Facilitation, Selection Interviewing, and Navigating through Organizational Change. She has developed and delivered programs on Career Change – Making the Decision and Speaking in Professional Settings for New Managers.
