Joanne Carretto is a Manager, Organization Effectiveness Practice for BPI group.
Mrs. Carretto joined the company in 2010, bringing more than eight years of consulting and industry experience helping organizations drive transformational change and organizational improvements.
In her current role, Mrs. Carretto partners with companies to plan, develop and implement organizational solutions to effectively facilitate business changes and support strategic priorities. She applies her proven analytical and results-focused approach to develop the right solutions and organizational improvements using experience from a diverse set of industries, including consumer products, foodservice, insurance, energy, corporate banking, defense and high-tech.
Prior to joining BPI group, Mrs. Carretto worked as a consultant at management consulting firms, where she managed and delivered projects focused on strategic planning, organization design, process improvement, change management and talent effectiveness. She started her career on the industry side working in corporate financial management roles. She served as a financial analyst for Conseco, Inc., a $5 billion personal lines life and health insurer, and Kimberly-Clark, Inc., a consumer products manufacturer.
Mrs. Carretto graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BBA focused on finance and real estate.
