Kalpana Shanmugham
Senior Consultant
Kalpana Shanmugham is a Senior Consultant with BPI group, North America. Dr. Shanmugham joined the company in 2010 bringing over 12 years of expertise in corporate and non-profit experience to the assessment and identification of organizational needs, culture change, diversity strategy and training, executive selection and coaching, high potential leadership development, performance and talent management strategies, and team development.
Prior to joining BPI group, Dr. Shanmugham held a similar position with a Capital H Group. She was also a management consultant with RHR International working with senior-level, high-potential leaders in large, global clients. She worked in the industry as an associate engineer with IBM as a member of their Aptiva Product Development Team in the Consumer Products Division.
Dr. Shanmugham holds a doctorate and Master of Arts degree in psychology from Drexel University as well as a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Kentucky.
