Katie Cornelis is a Manager, Organizational Effectiveness Practice for BPI group.
Ms. Cornelis joined the company in 2010, bringing 8 years of experience in helping clients address human capital needs. She has successfully managed projects for clients in the professional services, manufacturing, consumer products, foodservice, non-profit and healthcare industries.
She brings experience in a range of talent management, organizational effectiveness and change management topics, including organization analyses, organization design, role design, change/transition plan development and implementation, customized competency model design, and development of talent management programs, processes and tools. In her current role, Ms. Cornelis partners with companies to plan, develop and implement organizational effectiveness and talent management solutions that align strategy, structure, roles, work and talent, to help them achieve desired business results.
Prior to joining BPI group, Ms. Cornelis was a Consultant and Project Manager with Capital H Group. She has also worked with Deloitte Consulting as a consultant focused on organization effectiveness and executive compensation. Ms. Cornelis holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa, with a minor in Psychology.
