Kristin Stevens is a Career Consultant with BPI group, North America. Ms. Stevens is a results-oriented, insightful professional with over 18 years of business experience, including transition and career coaching, project management, organizational development, employee communications, and "Big 5" management consulting. She excels at helping individuals and companies navigate change one step at a time.
She is passionate about helping individuals through career transitions and has earned coaching certifications from New Ventures West and The Life Purpose Institute. She understands the various facets of outplacement, having been involved in the Human Resources side of several downsizings, mergers, and reorganizations, as well as having been impacted as an employee.
Prior to her work with BPI group, she worked in organizational development at CME Group (formerly the Chicago Board of Trade) and successfully implemented numerous company-wide change projects, including a new performance management program and new tools for merit and bonus planning and tuition reimbursement.
She was also a management consultant at Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young) with a focus on managing complex, large-scale customer relationship management projects.
Ms. Stevens holds a master’s degree in international management from Thunderbird, the
Global School of Management, and a Master of Business Administration from The Ohio
State University.
