Lyndy Nierman

Lyndy Nierman is a Senior Consultant with BPI group, North America.
She joined the company in 2002, bringing more than 20 years of human resources, management and business consulting experience.
In her current role, Ms. Nierman is heavily involved with the firm’s Talent Management practice, which focuses on consulting clients on executive coaching and career and leadership development. Ms. Nierman is also responsible for guiding BPI group’s marketing and public relations efforts in North America. Her consulting experience also includes guiding executives through career transitions and other human resource issues.
Prior to joining BPI group, Ms. Nierman was a partner at RSM McGladrey, a national accounting and consulting firm, where she was instrumental in founding and growing the company’s human resource consulting practice. Before that, Ms. Nierman managed her own Human Resource consulting firm. Earlier in her career, she was a vice president and regional manager for Costello Erdlen, a national consulting firm based in Boston.
Throughout her career, Ms. Nierman has worked with a vast range of clients and corporations in industries ranging from high tech to manufacturing, retail, service, real estate, non-profit and utilities.
Ms. Nierman currently serves on the Board of the Staffing Management Association in Chicago and is also a board member of the House of Good Shepherd, a support shelter for abused women. She is also past Area Vice President Board Member for the Society of Human Resource Management SHRM and past Illinois State Council Director. She recently was awarded Volunteer of the Year Award from the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago.
