Patty Sledge
Vice President, Client Services
Patty Sledge is Vice President, Client Services for BPI group, a leading human resources and coaching firm. BPI group’s North American headquarters is Chicago, Illinois.
Ms. Sledge joined the company in 2009, bringing more than 20 years of business experience that includes providing executive coaching and helping companies implement change management strategies.
In her current role, Ms. Sledge specializes in developing and customizing resourcing strategies for clients with an emphasis on employee transition and leadership development. In addition, she manages the day-to-day operations and coordinates all marketing events for BPI group SE Region.
Prior to joining BPI group, Ms. Sledge held a similar position with Executrack, Inc., an Atlanta-based career transition and management consulting firm that was acquired by BPI group. In addition to the career management field, she also has expertise in working with Fortune 500 companies and diverse industries, including law, utilities, architecture, hospitality and food services
Ms. Sledge holds a B.S. in business management from Georgia State University. She is a former member of the Women's Global GT Championship Race Team and former President of the BMW Car Club of America-Peachtree Chapter.
