Robyn Clark

Managing Director, Leadership & Team Development

Robyn Clark is the Managing Director of the Leadership & Team Development practice with BPI group.

She joined the company in April 2008, bringing more than 20 years of talent management, strategic HR and organizational consulting, business development, and coaching experience.

In her current role, Ms. Clark leads BPI group, North America’s Talent Management practice, a team of professionals who provide strategy, program development and implementation services for clients in the areas of leadership development, succession planning, performance management, on boarding (new leader assimilation), assessment, strategic planning and executive coaching.

Over the course of her career, Ms. Clark has worked with many top tier national and global organizations. She specializes in Leader and Team Development, working primarily with and facilitating Senior Leadership Teams to develop strategy, strengthen alignment, enhance commitment and cooperation, build trust, and ultimately, to deliver on results.

Prior to joining BPI group, Ms. Clark led the Talent Management function within Discover Financial Services, a leading credit card issuer and electronic payment services company.  In this role, she led and delivered an organization-wide Performance Management program including strategy, process, tools and education, as well as, designed on boarding programs, and strategy for succession planning and provided one-on-one executive coaching.

Before that, Ms. Clark founded an organizational development and human capital consulting firm called 2Develop based in Houston, Texas. Upon selling the company in 2006, 2Develop had grown to become a $2+ million annual revenue enterprise with a number of Fortune 500 clients and a full-time staff of six HR professionals. Earlier in her career, Ms. Clark spent more than 10 years as a senior HR consultant with Franklin Covey, a leading provider of time management training and assessment services for organizations and individuals. She began her career in training and development working for two banking organizations in California.

Ms. Clark earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Mich. and is currently pursuing a master’s degree with Keller Graduate School of Management. She is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Coach University.
