Ron Sipiora

Ron Sipiora is Senior Vice President, Executive Advisory
Services, functioning as a trusted advisor to senior management on a global basis.

As an executive coach and trusted advisor, Mr. Sipiora works in one-to-one and team relationships. He has worked with a number of organizations on leadership and change management challenges on a global scale.

Prior to joining BPI group, Mr. Sipiora had global client
responsibility for a large global human resource consulting firm, working with clients around the world on human resource and change management engagements. His industry experience includes transportation, manufacturing, professional services, financial services, health care and pharmaceutical both in the US and around the world.
Prior to consulting, he had executive human resource responsibility for a global manufacturing conglomerate.

Mr. Sipiora earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Augustana College, Rock Island, Ill., and a Master of Arts in human resources from the School of Labor and Employee Relations at the University of Illinois at Urbana.

Mr. Sipiora is a past board member of the Human Resource Management Association of
Chicago and was recognized by that organization in 2009 as volunteer of the year for his
thought leadership in the community. He is on the Board of Directors of Connections for
Abused Women and Their Children, an organization that serves victims of domestic
violence in Chicago, and Holy Family School, which serves inner-city children from preschool through 8th grade on the west side of Chicago. For the past seven years he has served as a mentor/coach for Menttium, which provides mentoring/coaching for high-performance women in the Chicago area.
