Sandy Davies is Vice President, Professional Services with BPI group, North America. Ms. Davies is certified as a Fellow Manager by the Institute of Career Certification International.
As a member of the firm's Career Transition practice leadership team, Ms. Davies combines a background in technology and HR consulting to provide focus to BPI group's strategic technology development. She is involved in designing and implementing new programs and services, ensuring that the firm delivers consistently relevant assistance in an ever-changing job search arena. Ms. Davies also leads the firm’s large-scale downsizing sub-practice, PRP (Positive Restructuring Process), which provides consulting and best practices guidance to organizations facing significant workforce realignments. A skilled project and account manager, Ms. Davies is highly regarded for her responsiveness to client needs and ability to develop creative, targeted approaches for corporate clients from a wide variety of industries.
Ms. Davies is based in the Chicago office and provides career coaching for the Career Transition practice, which offers a highly personalized approach to career planning and outplacement services for companies, executives and other professionals.
Prior to joining BPI group in 2004, Ms. Davies was the Vice President of Programs and Services for The Derson Group, serving as the principal contact for many of the firm’s major accounts, including telecom/technology, financial and non-profit organizations. She also spent eight years with Continental Bank (now Bank of America), where she was involved in several large projects encompassing technological and organizational change.
Ms. Davies holds a B.A. in psychology and business administration and an M.B.A. in management information systems from Dominican University in River Forest, IL.
