Executive Coaching

We structure each coaching engagement as an ongoing process that generally lasts between six and twelve months. Coaching requires a close, integrity-driven partnership between the coach and the client as they embark on a collaborative process of guided change that takes place in an environment of confidentiality and trust.

In this setting, our coaches form a partnership with each client that allows the individual to discover new possibilities for their work life, plan actions around a new vision and remove any barriers that prevent a change from taking place.

What Makes Us Different

Our executive coaching programs are:

  • Business-oriented: The objectives of the coaching partnership address business-related needs and are defined clearly upfront.
  • Focused on the individual: Not all coaches will be effective in all situations. We match leaders with the right coach based on critical factors such as competencies being developed, industry experience, and business context.
  • Results-oriented: We provide 90/180/365 Day Progress Reports to the HR Sponsor and Manager to report on results achieved through coaching and to calculate the return on investment.
  • Resources: We offer a cadre of trained coaches (some with business backgrounds, some with Ph.D.'s) and all are certified in the BPI group delivery of coaching to provide a consistency of approach.

High-Potential Coaching

BPI group's high-potential development process is important to both the individual and the organization, and results in action that creates Shared Success. Our approach to high-potential development is tailored to meet your organization's unique needs. Programs will vary in scope, depending on your objectives, the rigor of the assessment/fact-gathering process, and the number of coaching sessions included during plan implementation. Core elements include: fact-gathering, development-planning, and plan implementation/coaching utilizing BPI group's Navigate coaching methodology.
