Examples of recent projects include:
- Working with an association of more than 140 hospitals and healthcare organizations to address significant succession planning issues by broadening the leadership development capabilities – through an assessment and coaching process - for the high-potentials identified within the senior team.
- Developing a two-day new employee on-boarding process for a leading hospital system, with over 3,700 employees and 900 physicians, that was experiencing high turnover and low engagement. The program, developed with extensive input from key stakeholders, is designed to improve regulatory compliance and safety, while also helping new hires integrate and develop a strong sense of engagement in their new jobs.
- Consulting with a healthcare provider as a business partner regarding the organization’s changing needs and its related staffing requirement (physicians, professional nursing, technologists, ancillary and other service providers, healthcare executives and managers). Developed a blueprint that considered skill upgrades, skill mix conversions as well as redeployment of people.
- Assisted a professional association that was significantly reducing their workforce through attrition and job reductions by half over several years. We offered career transition services and coaching to impacted Officers, Directors, Managers, many other professional occupations, and several hourly occupations. Our recommended changes to the association’s severance formula resulted in significant savings.
