BPI Group

Our proprietary platform for helping individuals and organizations
achieve shared success.

From demographic swings to financial pressures to technology advances, today’s marketplace changes and challenges require significant adjustments for leaders, employees and organizations to be effective and reach their goals.

At BPI group, we believe sustainable organization success today depends in great part on how well leaders create a reasonable balance between important organization and individual employee outcomes. In this new world, the hearts and minds of your people are among your most precious assets. And clearly it works both ways. Successful individuals must find new ways to actively align and realign their personal value proposition with the changing needs of their organization, and of the marketplace. Success today depends on how well employees understand and personally link up with business strategies and priorities, and marketplace trends.

To address this new world of work, BPI group designed a proprietary model called the Q5 FrameworkSM. No other consulting firm uses this methodology, which has been developed and refined by working with our clients over the past 15 years, including Motorola, Morningstar, Sears, Sara Lee, and the Federal Reserve Bank.

Q5 Framework

The Q5 FrameworkSM is simple, deep and flexible, taking into account the new marketplace reality:  There must be shared success between employees and employers to achieve their respective goals.  Our methodology is designed to do two things:

  • Help people better understand their professional and personal needs, skills and value proposition to develop an action plan to achieve shared success.
  • Provide a tool for leaders, managers and coaches of people to help support them in achieving shared success for their organizations.

In an organizational consulting context focused on employee engagement or change management, we customize the application of the Q5 FrameworkSM in each situation, providing a process that fully explores these five important questions, to build a process that enhances performance and success:

  • What do people need to do differently to stay up with the constantly changing needs of their organizations?
  • What do organizations need to do differently to stay up with the constantly changing needs of people?
  • How can companies and leaders effectively communicate their constantly changing needs?
  • How can people effectively communicate their own changing needs?
  • How can we integrate answers to these questions to achieve shared success?

BPI group incorporates this framework and philosophy into a variety of situations including transition coaching, executive coaching, change management and employee engagement initiatives. What’s your plan to succeed in today’s emerging and dynamic marketplace?
